Conflict Competency Workshops

Conflict is a normal part of life and offers an opportunity for growth and deeper understanding. Student Ombuds Services (SOS) provides educational workshops designed to help University students, postdocs, staff, and faculty strengthen their conflict competency. Our interactive workshops teach practical tools to address conflict constructively and are grounded in realistic scenarios. We can present workshops virtually or in-person on the Twin Cities campus.
